Q May I buy direct from Bebecar (UK) Ltd? 
Bebecar (UK) Ltd do not supply direct to the consumer. Within this web site, you will find a comprehensive list of our authorised stockists to include branches of well known High Street stores and many independent nursery retailers. Some of these retailers offer mail order or 'online' ordering facilities. Please visit our Stockist directory


Q I do not live in the United Kingdom and am interested in your product range.

Q How far in advance do I need to order my Bebecar product?
Most items are held in our warehouse for immediate delivery. However, it is best to place your order with your retailer as soon as you have decided on the product you want. For goods out of stock, we quote a 4-6 week lead-time. Please check availability with your retailer when you place your order.
The majority of retailers, upon payment of a deposit, will happily place your order with us and store your goods until you require them - normally a week prior to the birth of your baby.

Q How can I obtain the Bebecar brochure?
This web site contains far more information on our product range than our brochure and we ask that you refer to this first.
However, we recognise that viewing on-line is no substitute for relaxing with a cup of tea whilst perusing a glossy catalogue and you can obtain this, free of charge, by going to the Register section of our web site.

Q What guarantee do you offer?
In line with other manufacturers, Bebecar products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of six months from date of purchase. Please note, we assume date of purchase to be the date you take delivery of the item and not necessarily the date you placed your order.
It is possible that some retailers may run their own individual schemes that offer an extended guarantee and you should check this at time of purchase

Q Are your prices fixed?
No. Our web site gives a typical retail price for your guidance only. Individual retailers set their own prices. From time to time we may run promotions on selected products which some or all retailers may take advantage of.

Q What if I have a complaint?
If you believe your Bebecar product is faulty, please do not contact us direct - you should return to your retailer for advice and assistance.

Q I would like to obtain technical information about your products to assist in my studies, can you help?
This site contains in depth information about the product range including sizes, weights, relevant safety standard, safety recommendations and product features. We are not able to supply copies of safety and technical publications due to copy right laws.

Q - Is my Bebecar pushchair suitable for use from birth?
Every pram and pushchair in our range has a lie-flat facility and is therefore suitable for use from birth.

Q - What is the difference between 2in1, 3in1 and
Please refer to the descriptions as detailed in the Seats and carrycots section of this web site.

Q - Can I purchase a toddler seat to fit my existing Bebecar pram?
We do not currently manufacture a chassis designed to accommodate an additional toddler seat. We would also advise against the fitting of any such seat as this could adversely affect the stability of the chassis - your child's safety is of prime importance.

Q - Will the Bebecar infant car seat fit my car?
We believe that our infant carrier will fit the majority of popular makes and model of car, however we strongly recommend that you ask your retailer for a demonstration before purchase. Several factors can affect the fitting of a car seat e.g. the shape of the seat/seat back and even the length of your seat belt.

Q - Do the ranges of furniture come fully assembled?
To avoid damage to items such as wardrobes, cots, changers etc the goods are flat-packed at our factory and delivered to your retailer in this form. Full assembly instructions are included and we take pride in the ease with which our products can be erected.

Q - Are pushchair fabrics washable? 
Removable fabrics are washable on a cold programme and should be dried naturally away from direct heat. Do not spin or tumble dry. Fabric items such as hoods can be sponged with mild detergent. Please refer to the washing instructions supplied with each product.

Q - Are pushchair fabrics waterproof?
As with most other pushchairs Bebecar fabrics are not water proof and we recommend the use of a Bebecar Raincover. These are priced from £10 upwards and can be found under Pushchair & Pram Accessories.
